PILOT G2 Premium Refillable Pen ReviewPILOT G2 0.5mm Pen

I found a "fine point" pen from another manufacturer. It was the 0.5 mm I was looking for. It was cheaper than the Pilot but I really like the Pilot gel 0.5 pen. I looked to see how much the Pilot fine point pen was. It's more but I really do like it. I decided to buy both and compare since the other is so much cheaper.

I put both fine point pens in my cart, bought them, and, when they arrived, I got a surprise.

Pilot G2 0.7 mm and 0.5 mm

The "fine point" pen I received from Pilot was 0.7 mm, not 0.5 mm. Okay, I could have looked at the picture and found my mistake, so shame on me. But, the listing mentioned "fine point" and did not mention 0.5 mm. Why not? Many other pens list the actual size in the description. It never occurred to me that one manufacturer's "fine point" pen would be a different size than another's. Maybe it should have, but it didn't.

Now I have 0.7 mm pens that I doubt I'll ever use. Sure, I could send them back, but i'ts such a hassle. I'm just writing, and negatively reviewing, the listing so that maybe the folks who list the products will do a better job in the future.

Why Pilot G2 Pen ?

I bought a less expensive pen at club warehouse and had to go back to these. In a Bible study class I actually found myself cringing at writing Scripture with the other pen (ref. pic.: Pilot G2 to the left; Z-grip to the right/latter seemed lesser.). Pilot G2 writes smoothly and has a pleasant grip. Great price here, as well.
